I am officially a ‘transplant’ (as we call it). After many years of living in Florida your blood starts to thin out and 75 degrees actually seems a bit chilly! I’m originally from Ohio, my family moved down in 1991 to get away from the cold winters. After finishing school in Florida, I immediately got a job in a local bank where I worked for 16 years. I was licensed to sell investments and insurance, I also did consumer loans and mortgages. Thru 6 different bank mergers and acquisitions, I decided to start a new career path. I started my Real Estate career in 2009, and I haven’t looked back. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made thus far.
I’m a pretty analytical person by nature. I love to analyze every aspect of helping my clients sell or buy homes. There are lots of things to consider. Sometimes it’s the trade off of living on the water, putting the boat in a marina or using a trailer and going to a boat ramp. Sometimes living on the water is not the best option due to flood zones, building codes, insurance…etc. Everyone has a unique situation, and I recognize that. I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge regarding mortgages, how to clean up credit, how to qualify buyers, how to leverage investments to purchase homes, investment homes/flips, rentals, new home construction, home inspections, what’s required to get cheaper homeowner’s insurance, flood zones/insurance, and many other important aspects. I’m trained to help out buyers and sellers of all types. It doesn’t matter if you are looking to buy a luxurious million dollar home or a small vacation condo. I would be more than happy to share my knowledge with you and help you on the path to becoming a Florida homeowner or making a profit off your current property. If you are interested in learning more about the skills and expertise I can bring to your real estate transaction, please feel free to get in contact with me.
